Community Servant Leaders (CSL) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth through meaningful service.

Our mission is to launch young leaders by connecting them with impactful volunteer opportunities that address real community needs—fostering empathy, leadership, and a lifelong commitment to service.
Our organization was created to connect our youth with volunteer opportunities that align with their interests and passions. By providing flexible ways for youth to get involved, we aim to help them build valuable skills, gain leadership experience, and foster a lifelong commitment to service.

Our story

Community Servant Leaders (CSL) was founded in South Florida with the belief that when young people serve, they discover their own power to create change. Since 2024, CSL has connected hundreds of youth with meaningful volunteer opportunities that support children, seniors, animals, the environment, and more—while helping local nonprofits fill critical gaps. Through hands-on projects and programs like our Ambassador initiative and Serve Link portal, teens not only give back but also grow as leaders, building empathy, responsibility, and a lifelong commitment to service. CSL is more than a nonprofit—it’s a movement to raise a generation of compassionate changemakers who lead with heart and strengthen their communities.
